- When you place your order, tell us in the order notes the pet name you'd like us to print and if you have a prefered colour for the background.
- Email us with a picture of your pet and your order number

Select a good close up image of your pet, we are looking for a head and shoulders type pose with simple background so that we can get as much detail of your pet as possible. The better quality the photo, the better the result will be.
The print is A4 and the frame is A3
Your order will take a maximum of 5 days to create and print. We then wrap it and send on a next day delivery to ensure it gets to you in prime condition.
